These accounts reported being locked out. Set them a new password and pass it on, or dismiss
the request. Anyone can send one of these, so confirm it really came from the person.
Issue a viewer their sign-in directly — it works immediately, no approval step. Give them the
password out of band; they can change it themselves once signed in.
Workstation access — owner only
Every viewer sees all PCs by default, including ones enrolled later. Click a PC to block it for
that viewer — a blocked PC vanishes from their workstation list, live view, wall, activity history,
reports, recordings and alerts.
